Plans, The Art of David Hockney and a Testrun

This very evening I am watching the news and starting this blog. It will tell you about my journey to Zambia...planned since half a year and the purpose is to live slowly (otherwise life will run too fast), get to know Zambian colleagues and pupils and - to study learning situations in rural Zambian settings. Maybe I will be able to visit schools in cities as well, for example in Lusaka, the capital.

It is quite a journey though;-). From the West Coast of Sweden to the landlocked country of Zambia. And how on Earth will I ever be able to document this ? I really wish I could paint in oil like David Hockney for example, probably he could document on wonderful canvas. I will bring a pencil and some papers, no laptop (WHAT IS this??) but maybe a camera which I am so lala familiar with :-). So look out people, you can yourself get some pics if you go to Google Earth and try for example Ndola or Masaiti in Zambia. Folks, soon we are on the track, this was only a first testrun.
